Tuxaro is an online store specializing in men’s suits, tuxedos, and formal wear.
Our goal is to ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining clear and fair return conditions.

2. Return Eligibility

Customers have 7 days from the delivery date to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

• be unused, unworn, and unwashed
• be returned in their original packaging
• show no signs of wear, odors, stains, or alterations

⚠️ Suits worn for events (weddings, ceremonies, parties, photoshoots, etc.) are not eligible for return.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

• Altered or customized suits
• Sale or clearance items
• Accessories (bow ties, belts, etc.) if worn

4. Return Process

Before returning any item, customers must contact us at:

Please include:

• Order number
• Reason for return
• Photos if requested

Returns sent without prior approval may be refused.

5. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where:

• the item is defective
• an incorrect item was sent

6. Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

• refunds are processed within 5–10 business days
• refunds are issued to the original payment method

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

7. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.
We will offer a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
